Project governance board

The project governance board ensures that the project activities are prepared, implemented and evaluated on time according to the predefined schedule agreed upon by all consortium members and specified in the project work plan. It also ensures that allocation of resources is performed in an organized, controlled and transparent manner, guided by the collectively negotiated budget and milestones. Governance board meets regularly (at least four times a year, one of which is face-to-face and others via web conferencing tools) to provide continuous oversight of activities and support work package leaders during the time of preparation and implementation of their work packages.
