Work Package 8 (WP8) is to manage the project, ensuring coordination, communication and leadership of the consortium.

The objectives of this package are as follows:

- to ensure the achievement of the specific objectives of the project within the agreed time and budget;

- to ensure efficient communication within the project through means including the organization of meetings of the Project Board and full consortium, regular web conferences, the provision of email newsletters, website and web conferencing facilities and to facilitate active participation of all consortium members

- to provide efficient general administrative and financial management of the project

Leaders of the WP8 are Klasien Horstman (Maastricht University) and Olga Zvonareva (Maastricht University).
